Terms + Conditions

 

These terms and conditions describe the responsibilities of the cleaner and the client.

Scheduling

The client will give 48 hours notice by phone or email to reschedule a cleaning. If they do not provide notice and we arrive at the scheduled cleaning they will still be responsible for the full price even if the cleaning is not able to be completed for any reason.

Existing Damage

I cannot take responsibility for pre-existing damage that may be revealed in the regular course of the cleaning.

Damage Through cleaning

I do not take responsibility for damage that occurs in the normal course of cleaning. Should an extraordinary amount of damage occur do to my error I will rectify it to the best of my ability.

Payment

Payment will be made in full at the time of the cleaning or in a manner described in the signed cleaning agreement.

Price Changes

Artfully Clean Windows may have to periodically adjust our prices to compensate for the cost of living and inflation.  We will give 30 days notice if this occurs.

Window ACCESSIBILITY

All windows to be cleaned must be accessible. I will not move any object or furniture larger or heavier than a dining chair. If a window cannot be safely cleaned I will not clean it.

48 Hour Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your service contact me within 48 hours and I will return to correct any mistakes at no extra cost.
